Being present means being in touch with life itself. An aliveness of all that’s exciting and new, if we just open our eyes and senses to it.
Being relaxed is more than a time out. It’s a way of being, a way of seeing, a way of moving. An awareness of all that’s truly important, if we choose to breathe and slow down.

Much of our day can go by in a blur juggling all the pieces. We start to lose touch with our self and what makes us feel fulfilled. We lose touch with those around us as they juggle their own demands. We begin to meet only at surface level. Life feels surface level.

True intimacy starts with our self. Being present with the breath in our lungs, our feet on the ground, our connection with our senses and the world around us.

It’s through intimacy that presence and relaxation become a natural way of a life filled with depth and meaning.

These are the key principles of Tantra. Simple and profound at the same time.

In this workshop, you’ll be introduced to Tantra through:


Breath Work

Simple Connection Practices


Hosted by Tantra Teacher, Lisa Cormode.
Beginning with an introduction talk on what is Tantra, followed by a guided meditation, into a Tantric breathwork practice, leading into some introductory Tantra exercises ending with deep relaxation.
During this afternoon, you’ll be guided with consideration and lightness by Lisa with the intention of creating a no pressure space to relax and reconnect.

Following the session, you'll indulge in a cocktail in the beautiful lounge area.
